Default The Blue 72

This is a story about a Blue 72. Back in 1972 it was bought from a local Chevy dealer, 1972 with a 350 with automatic tranny. No air, roll down windows and about the only things that were added were a trailer hitch, air shocks, and a under dash 8 track player. Original price was right around 3200.00. It was driven in 72 and 73 and in the fall of 73 the owner bought a 74 GMC Suburban and put the El Camino up in a loft of a barn. He had a friend that had a Buick dealership so he brought it out 2 different times for a week or so in the late 70's and early 80's. All original with 32,xxx miles on it. This spring it is going to get uncovered and come back out and I plan on documenting the whole thing on this site. The El Camino was bought by my dad brand new and was left to me when he passed away 7 and a half years ago
I haven't even seen it since it was out in 81 or 82 but think it's time.

Welcome from Florida. Hopefully your 72 is still in good condition and handled the storage well.
