Default Lights failed

Greetings,
I got a 1969 Chevelle and during driving through the night I recognized my headlights dimmed for just a second and turned back to their normal brightness. At this exact moment, I realized the light of my instruments, the lights on the side of the car and back lights were off.
A few days later I tried to check the fuses. I accidentally destroyed the 4A fuse (INST, LPS) and now my instruments don't work anymore.
My question is, are all the lights I noted a bit earlier connected over one fuse?
Head lights, indicators and brake lights work fine.

Where should I start searching?

Looks like the 2nd fuse from top on left is blown. I would start with pulling/replacing all those old fuses and clean all connections. There are at least 3 fuses shown there that are associated with instruments/lights. Please report back on progress. I have a 68 El Camino - n ice to see a car with one fuse panel and no stupid computer!
