Default Swapping carbureted 305 for 350 - computer question

Hey all....Would like to trade tired 305 4 bbl. for 350. I'll be using Edelbrock cam to mimic 305 valve timing, and Edelbrock EGR intake with original Rochester comp-controlled carb. Will the extra displacement overwhelm the current computer programming? Any pearls of wisdom will be appreciated!!

What year is it? You will probably (depending on the year (pre/post96) have to have it modified for the extra cfm from the carb.

It won't have an ecm, (computer) if the car is an 87, therefore it won't matter as long as the cfm (intake/carb) is for a 350

If you are refering to an ESC electronic spark control, there will be some minor electrical issues

There's definitely an ECM tucked behind the passenger kick panel.
