Default 1957 Chevy 3100

I have been in the process of tearing down my pickup. I haven’t posted anything since joining this group. I’ve got it down to the bare frame.

Next step is to cut/replace rusted section of the frame, possibly C notch the frame, sandblast and coat the frame.

First day we out it out of the barn

Engine/front clip removed.

Bed removed

Frame damage found on passenger side in front of leaf spring hanger.

Looks good! I just painted my frame on the 59 Apache today. Very satisfying to restore an old truck with your own hands. Have fun sir.
