I need some feedback. My 16 year old son was given a 1986 Chevy Silverado. He can get it to turn over and run with a mechanical fuel pump. Tires are really bad, some rust, one of the triangle windows is busted, busted fender, and who knows what else.

What would the value of something like that be? He's wanting to trade it for something that will be less work to get driving. I'm just mom, so my knowledge is limited. TIA

 

I’m 16 as well. Got lots of squarebodys myself. Hard to tell but I would buy it for $1500. Mabey 2k? Pretty rough. May be able to get closer to 3k for the right person.
