Chevy 250 6 ignition wiring
Firstly,I’m new to vehicle electrics and need some advice!
I have a Chevy 250 6 installed in a vehicle with no wiring presently.
I also have a 3 post ignition switch that has another post in its center.
can someone tell me or show a drawing where each posts wiring goes?
Thanks.

Welcome from Florida. The posts on your switch should be marked as follows.
Batt-connects to battery power which should be fused.
ACC- connects to accessories which are hot when the key is on.
IGN- connects to the positive side of the ignition coil,
START-connects to the solenoid on the starter.
