I am told that besides the fuse panel under the hood, there is one under a panel on the passengers side of the console? I'm afraid to just rip the panel off, fearing it will never go on right for me again. Can't seem to find a picture of this online! Anyone know how if a fuse panel is in this location AND how the panel is removed?

 

yes. it is on the passenger side on the left there is a vent by it and the vent is part of the pannel just pull it off it is easy to put back on there are tabs on the top and clips on the bottom.
