2005 cobalt cranks but will not start
2005 cobalt cranks but will not start. Alarm coincidentally stopped sounding of horn during entry of vehicle. Noticed alarm icon not flashing when I exit car. Alarm icon turns off upon entry.
Fuel pump is okay,likewise,battery,starter,and alternator.Seems as though "Anti-Theft" may be causing start failure.
Any advice would be appreciated. :-)

Here is how I fixed it
Try to start,if no start leave key in on position. Wait 10-12 minutes,turn key off for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 more times. Worked for my (crank but won't start issue).
Has to reset "Anti=Theft" system.
