I have a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt, and the driver power window is operational, but all other windows will not operate. The driver control will only operate the driver window. All others will not go up or down. The will not operate from their respective door either. I have checked the simple stuff like the driver side window lock (parental control or whatever it's called). I have also checked all of the fuses, and they are good. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

 

How did you check the parental control? It may look good and not be good. Also check the main switch on the drivers door. You will have to remove the switches to test them.
