2009 cobalt ambient air temp ?

Outside air temp reading keeps getting stuck on a temp. Where in the sensor located to inspect or remove? Thanks in advance..

The sensor is behind the drivers or passenger side headlight, you first have to remove the light housing and then you remove the bracket that holds the headlight assembly and it is connected to the bracket
