Default Aftermarket system question

i have a 2008 colbalt lt without onstar..i purchased a colbat mono amp and a 10 in boston acustics sub for it ad was wondering could i just hard wire it to the back speakers like i did in my blazer or do i need something special for it

You can pick up an fm modulater from almost any audio shop. Splice it into you rear left and right speakers, it has RCA jacks that u run to your amp. It should cost you no more than $25. Then hook up your ground and power, run your remote wire to any fuse that provides power when your ignition is on.

correction...you need a line level converter....not an fm modulator

Correct, unless the amp you have has both RCA and line level inputs, if it does you may not even need the remote hooked up using the line level inputs.
