If anyone can tell me whats wrong that would be great. When i lock my doors all of the black lock things go down but you can still open my passenger door even though the black lock thing is down. Does anyone know whats wrong or how to fix it? Thanks

I would suspect that the actuator rod is probably broken or pulled loose that does the lock mechanism... What year model ?

 

I will assume you mean you can open the door from the Outside, being able to open it from the inside when locked is usually normal in many cases...
