Default correct transmission service interval 2009

I have got so many different answers from chevy....book states unless drove in extreme conditions service isnt required.....
1. Dealer....50 k
2. Dealer 60k to100k...but dont let go to 150k
3 .100k.....still researching price and method

1 and 2 by flush...
Ammoco states 60 to 100k by flush

Anyone truly versed on gm trannys that can give me a answer ?

Car has 100k...dealer 2 says dont do it
3 says Now is the time
1 says first should have been at 5 0 k...but dont let go to 150 k...

No current issues with tranny....really like the car

I've never heard anything different for a chevy then every 50,000 miles. FYI "severe service" is basically every car in the country I'm not sure why they label it that, if you look up the criteria it explains most peoples' driving habits.

PS your owners manual has a maintenance section
