Can anyone tell me location of EDR, event data recorder. 2007 Cobalt. Is it part of the main computer, or is it a seperate component. Either way, I need location. Thank you.

I don't know for sure, but usually it is between or under the driver's or passenger's seat.

If by chance you develop a way to disconnect that useless crap (useless except for the lawyer's and the government), I'd be much obliged to know how you did it. The liberty thieves in Washington and Detroit are doing their best to steal what freedom you have remaining.
