My cobalt stopped in the road when I used my windshield washer I have it towed to the dealership and I am told it needs a relay for the fuel pump wich was a recall then my fuel cell has a crack warranty covers that then I am told I need a fuse block mind u all the the warranty work was done before my cobalt died, the dealer wants $475 for a fuse block replacement. My question is can I buy a fuse block wholesale and replace it myself?
