I own a 2007 Chevy Cobalt SS/SC my problem is for some reason I have to constantly do the security relearn. After I do the 30 minute process it starts but once I try to start it again in an hour I have to start all over again... I checked all fuses interior and under hood just got a brand new spare key and fob..what could be the problem??

 

It's as if the car isn't storing the info
