We just got an 08 Cobalt yesterday. Driving it at night, we discovered the instrument panel and shifter bulbs are completely out. It was bought used as-is from a Ford dealer in town, so not likely they knew since they probably never drove it at night. Since they're all completely out, is this likely to be a fuse issue, rather than a bulb issue?
