I have 2007 cobalt with factory keyless entry system rand theft-diterrent system installed. My alarm/panic has a mind of its own too. It goes off at irregualr times when parked in the drive way. At midnight, evening when ever it feels like even when all teh doors are locked?. Am I missing anything here? . It is like having a baby at home spending sleep less nights.

Go into your OBD with the information button and return button and make sure your security is on REG mode.
