i have 2006 chevrolet colorado 2.8 vin : 1GCCS148468180560 after i had disconnected c2 pcm harness connector i cranked engine but couldn't start . really i forgot to disconnect negative battery cable before . engine started two times for few seconds each time but was shaking and scanner showed ckp sensor and ignition coil A fault codes , and also showed no rpm reading( 0 rpm) during cranking and also when engine started the two times . security and mil lights are on when key is on position but when i attempt to crank engine and leave key with on position security light go off so i couldn't perform 1o min relearning because security light is off,when i turn key off then on security light stat on and wait 10 min but it doesn't go off.
the important question is how to know that the cause is pass lock system ? does security light when it is steady on as mentioned above mean the pass lock is good and doesn't need relearning ?

what pass lock system is ? 2 or 3
how to do bypass for it?
