Default 2008 Colorado Startup Problem

I have a 2008 Colorado that has an interesting startup problem.
Problem - Vehicle fails to start without warning.

Information:
1. Issue has been happening over 3+ years
2. Problem occurs in Warm, hot or Cold Temperature. Sometimes months apart. Sometimes days apart. Occasionally within the same day.
3. When the startup fails the following things are noticed:
- all normal startup lights, sounds and accessories starts as usual
- the engine makes NO attempt to start (no turn over at all)
4. Current Work-a-round:
- After approx. 12 - 15 minutes the vehicle will start normally. All attempts to start during this time simply produces no engine turnover but all startup lights, indicators, sounds and accessories come on like a normal startup.
- There is no indication of a failing Battery.
5. Steps Taken:
- Replaced Battery - current battery approx. 6 months old. NO CHANGE
- Attempts to jump start vehicle during this time fails (other words produce no change with startup). NO CHANGE
- Removed fuse cover to touch inspect fuses for snugness
6. Observation_
- Problem has been occurring for over 3+ years and continued after new battery installation beginning approximately 3 week later with same frequency.
- Problem is intermittent and can happen on first attempt of the day. It happens after driving for any period of time with a normal shut down. It happened yesterday, when I shut it down just to swap keys from the ignition and restart. There is no indication of a low or a problem battery (dim lights, slow starts or turnover etc).
- NO MATTER WHAT ACTIONS I TAKE, THE VEHICLE WILL TYPICALLY STARTS WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE FIRST FAILED STARTUP ATTEMPT. THIS IS REALLY STRANGE.

- After the 12 - 15 minute wait period, the vehicle usually starts and run normally (no dim lights, no buzzers, no warning lights or anything).

7. Constructive Help WELCOMED.

Thanks All

Also adding 4 files containing OBD2 system scans taken by an AuTel Maxiscan today. If anyone find anything here that would help me identify my problem, I would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

Sorry about the uploads, scan files contain too much data and I'm not sure what to omit and still have meaningful info posted.

Wow.... over 1200 views and almost 3 years and no replies or suggestions for this issue. Thank goodness for Youtube. I found answers and videos from others with the same issue. Seems to be a widely spread issues with GM vehicles, that's costing GM owners tons of dollars for something that GM should have recalled.
