Default 2017 Colorado - Rubbing/Grinding sound and feel - Possible brake issue

I purchased my 2017 Colorado in 2019 with about 25,000 miles on it. It has always had a bit of a rubbing/grinding sound/feel when I let off the accelerator, or brake. I always assumed that it was likely a warped brake rotor. I now have 60,000 miles in the truck and decided to replace the brake pads and rotors. When I replaced the pads and rotors, the original pads still had about 50 percent of the pads remaining and the rotors looked fine, but I still replaced them, thinking that the rotors may be warped. After replacing the pads and rotors, the rubbing/grinding sound/feel is still there. Any ideas what this could be?
