Hi folks. I am new here and have a question about a rear bumper on a 2022 Colorado ZR2. I need a new rear bumper due to a pole jumping out behind me while I was backing up. Question is I can find bumpers on eBay for a decent price but they all have the step which the ZR2 does not. Does this step come off so I can replace it with the original facia or is there more to it. I like the step idea but this truck is a lease and I don't want to add anything that didn't come on the truck originally. Any input would be most appreciated. Thanks

 

Ok, If anyone ever needs to know, Here is what I found out. The step comes off easily with 6 screws. After that, just attach the original facia with the same screws. Hope this helps someone.
