Anyone have HVAC door motor noise when it is cold outside? I hear it when outside temp is below 35ish when I start the car, when I adjust the temperature and when I shut off the car. Guessing during start up and shut down the temp doors are moving to a parked mode. The noise is horrible and gets worse with colder temps. Any fixes that don't include the deal tearing the IP out? Thanks.

 

I assume still under warranty - check with the dealer - I assume it has not always been this way?
