I recently got a beautiful 2010 Colorado and had the misfortune of having a motorcycle driver attempt to share a lane which led to the demise of my passenger side Right mirror. The glass shattered and the plastic mirror plate popped off and it seems that there were no wires attached to the mirror plate itself. The electronics inside the passenger side still function properly and now I am trying to go about the best way to fix it.....

Does the mirror plate just pop back in?
