Default Cold weather problem..Help!!

Folks,

I have a 2004 Chevy Colarado.. When it is warm out the left side power windows
and power locks work great..As soon as it gets cold out they stop working!

It has been doing this for a few years...frustrated!

I have the same issue. I'm not sure,if it was pulling and reinserting the fuses and relays for windows and locks that fixed it, or the sun shining on the truck.

the design of the switch module is lacking. The circuit board is a flimsy thing. I had a similar problem with the locks and the driver side window not working. I ended up shimming the circuit board inside the module with small paper washers (i made them) to ensure that the board was close enough to the contacts to operate whatever was supposed to operate. Be careful if you disassemble the module to make sure everything goes back the way it should. The switch module is easy to remove from the door and the trim piece and only a few screws hold the module together.
