Default how to remove fuel injectors? vortec 2.9l

i want to do maintenance service to fuel injectors, it is a vortec 2.9 L engine, its the first time a will do so i would like to get some references about that, i guess i have to remove the fuel rail then get the injectors, but look complicated at first sight, what pieces i need to remove it and get the fuel rail?

What kind of "maintenance" are you trying to do that involves removing the fuel injectors?

Default just a owner of chevy colorado

thanks mdtahoe, im not a Professional Mechanic, just a owner of chevy colorado 95000 mi, the MPG is low and i would like to review the injectors with lab so i would like to remove the fuel rail, also i remove the thermostat and i found that a sealant was out of place as you can see in the pictures, its not damaged and i can put into her place, but is this a good idea? do i need to replace it?

i really appreciate your support.
