Electronic Throttle Control
Hi i recently bought a 2004 buck rainier CXL AWD with the 5.3 in it and i dont really know much about it but my friend toldme that my truck is throttle by wire and he also said that it robs horsepower at full throttle so it doesn't hurt the drive train which im not too worried about anyways because im planning on buying a new tranny soon. but anyways i was wondering if anyone knows much about this and if theres anything i can do so it doesn't rob horse or if he even knew what he was talking about haha thanks
