Cool Up gradeing to a H.O.350,need some advice

I want to up grade the factory 350 in my 89 GMC van to a GM H.O. 350 "crate" engine.
I would really like to run the factory TBI
This engine has 9 to1compression and a 435/.460 lift 212/222 duration cam.
This is a daily driver van.I am looking for good light to light performance.i am also planning on pulling a car trailer with a 5,000 pound load (a 69chevy van) a little farther down the road with this van.
What will it take to get the TBI and the puter to play nice with this engine?
Thanks in advance for any help.........
