This is driving me up the wall for the second time and this time I even have a replacement switch in front of me to look at.
For the life of me I cannot figure how to release either the main connector or the fog light connector from the switch.
Help!!!

Okay, it has been dealt with.
For anyone tackling this job on a 96 or similar...
Remove the connectors from the top down. First, the small two wire connector for the traction control. Second, the main connector. The is a small, inconspicuous locking tab on one side. I slipped a small screwdriver in between the switch and the plug to release it. Now the fog light connector is accessible. Slip the small screwdriver between the plug and the center part of the switch on the side that the main plug just came out of. A tang on the plug must be pushed in to release the plug from the switch.
They sure didn't make it easy, or obvious.
