2007 Vette c6
Hit my starter in my c6 vette and the dash went dark, then clicked, dash came back on.
Third attempt, then dash came on and smoke came pouring out under the hood on passenger side.
I turned off the car, so not sure what is going on now. Any insights?

Check your battery cables for corrosion and looseness at both ends. If all is good, I would look at the starter next. How old is the battery? Exactly where is the smoke coming from?
