You can't... it's against the CARFAX user agreement for someone to run a report for someone else. If they see this thread, especially if someone posts a report for you, they will get real cranky, real fast.
If you are serious, unass the $$, run the car. If you buy the car, register it with CARFAX for title insurance. It will pay you up to $5k if there is something amiss with the data.
