Thumbs up Corvette Mako Shark

So me & my dad were looking up random car on ebay that we would like to have someday & my dad randomly says to look up the 1968 Corvette Mako Shark. I'm like hmm okay bcuz i have NEVER heard of that car before & I love the ocean so I was interested to see what a "mako shark" car would look like. Well this was the only good stuff I could find. Enjoy btw the video at the end is A MUST SEE! It's soooo AMAZING!

Thanks for sharing. The new concept car is awesome. Saw it at the KC Auto show. Doubt BHO will let GM build it tho.

One thing about '68s is since it was the first year of the new model, it has issues. You are probably already aware of these cuz I'm sure you've read available mat'l on '68s so I won't go into them here. You did study up before you bought it, right.

Good luck w/ your new ride and welcome to the Shark fanatics club.

Hello,
I am new to this forum world, when I saw your post I had to follow - up and join.

I have always wanted to buy a Mako Shark and /or restore one.

Would there be any chance we could discuss a purchase of your car?. I'm 67 years old
and it is about time I either buy one or put it out of my realm of possibilities!

I'm not looking to waste your time, if you could bring yourself to part with it
I am a very serious immeadiate cash buyer. I live in Central Ca.

Thank You for your time, I look forward to speaking with you.

All The Best

golden: Welcome to the forum.

Strongly recommend that you do a lot of research on the "Shark" era (68-82) Corvettes.

Unless you plan on buying a completely restored one, you need to know what to look for before purchasing. Restoration gets expensive very quickly.
