Default Heads Up Display

We own a 2007 Corvette Convertible with heads up display, navigation system and Bose. We would like to replace the factory installed radio with the new Sony XNV-770BT radio, but want to confirm that we will not lose the heads up display cability before proceeding. Can anyone confirm that we will not lose this capability when we replace the factory installed radio?

Thanks -

Bill

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry to say we don't have a very large Corvette technical base here. Logically I'd say the HUD probably gets its feed from either the BCM or ECM. But that's just a guess.

Hmmm, I believe the HUD gets the info from the same source as the DIC. I can double check it for you. Shoot me an email Monday, as I'm out of the office today.
