Default HELP!! wipers won't park.

I have a 00 vert. Today I started it and the wipers started moving. I thought maybe I left it turned on. When I tried to turn it off, it wouldn't stop. Last week I cleaned the engine and I was wondering if that may have anything to do with it. Thanks for the help.

I took the motor apart. There was water inside the plug as well as the circuit board. I sat it in front of a fan for 3 days and it works fine now. I also cleaned and modified the bladders while I had everything apart.

I had a 97 that would do the same thing every time I went to a car wash.
