I have an ‘07 6.0 L v8 motor that im looking to put in my 07 Suburban that currently has a 5.3 L v8 in it. Can it be done? if so, what should I consider before doing it? Would i need to switch the transmissions out as well?

 

The 2007 Corvette came with Hydra-Matic 4L65-E. The 2007 Suburban 5.3 liter came with a 4L80-E. Of course with a 6.0 liter you'll have to run 91-93 octane fuel.
