Good morning,

My 2011 Chevy Cruze won't unlock with either the fob or the key.

When I press the unlock button on the fob, the tail lights flash as though it were going to unlock, but there is no click, and the door remains locked.

When I use the key, I turn it, and there is no click, and the door remains locked.

Additionally, when I press the alarm button on the fob, the horn honks, but very quietly.

I suspect that this is a battery problem. If it is, I need to pop the hood so I can jump it, but I cannot gain access to the inside of the car because it is locked.

Any suggestions?
