Default 2012 Chevy Cruze 1.4,4 Cylinder ECO

Bought the car back in November 2018. It’s now July 2019. The car about a month ago started going into “limp” mode. And on the dash it says service stabilitrak control and traction control.... I’ve had 3 different mechanics look at my car. I’ve had the code reader on it. Came up P0601. We’ve switched out the speed sensor and cables. Still nothing works. I’ve talked to my dealership and they of course said there’s nothing they could or would do. Is this a Chevy problem. If we get into an accident, can we sue Chevy?! What happens to us WHEN ITS NOT BECAUSE OF US ???! sooooo Mad🤬
