2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ 1101 error

I just bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ used. Carfax showed the car was fine. less then 30days, 10days after they took my final car deposit I started to experience the car shaking from front to back violently while at a stop light. Next thing I know the check engine light is on....I called my local Chevy dealership and give them the error codes of

Which indicates some sort of emission problem....the tech advises me that there 98.00 diagnostic fee, not including parts and if it is the error code I gave him....It is not covered under manufacture warranty and can cost another 1500...WTF. Seriously I don't know what to do. I am so pissed and notice that a lot of people have this problem...Isn't emissions covered till 80k...My car is at 52k. Are others experience the same problem. I'm not happy with Chevy right now. just dropped over1800 on a deposit and now this 30days later....
