My radiator fan constantly running at high speed when I turn the engine on, I change thermostat housing, temperature sensor, accelerator pedal, throttle body, air intake sensor, Engine computer module, oxygen sensor, and the problem didn’t fix!

I change the engine and this issue happened when I change the engine!
i noticed a lot of Chevy Cruze owners have this issue but I researched and didn’t find an solution!

The Chevy dealership installed my ECM but that didn’t fix the issue, however to find out the issue they charge almost $200 per hour to diagnose the issue in which I am so tired of spending on this car!
