Default 2014 High Oil Consumption and Overheat Block

Hello,
Im a owner of a chevy cruze 2014 LT 1.4 turbo. I brought it brand new.

I invested a lot of money inside in repair.
its started with a stabilitrack error in 2015 i had a hard time to shift from gear 1 to 2 due to a low Power protection so i stoped the car and waited like 1 hour the tried to start it again. Problem dissapeared cool! then later like in 2016 overheat due to both thermostat ( radiator and block ) ok thats worked good. 2018 Missfire cylinders ( coils ) dang another 200$ one piece block. 2019 big trouble ! tried to pass someone on high road so i shift gear 5 press the pedal then a big cloud of blue oil behind my car ( like you dont see the other car behind ). The oil was everywhere in the turbo in the intercooler and the intake was full! So its cost me Turbo, Intercooler Cleaning, Valve Cover ( PCV Diaphragme ), Intake Manifold (PCV), PCV Pipe to the Turbo Inlet, $$$. Well now no more oils problemes but another problem is when i run like 15 mins the water boiling in the motor head ? I suspect the water pump ? i found a recall Bulletin No.14371B ! Temperature in dash is half so its supposed to be normal. No check engine. I got in the past The a/c off due to a high temps. the bulletin is talking about that !

Over time, the loss of coolant will reduce cooling performance
and eventually could lead to engine overheating. If this condition is not corrected, the “Service
Engine” indicator light may come on, an “Engine Hot, AC Off” message may appear, a chime may
sound, and the engine power may be reduced.

Is my head gasket dead ? water pump ? ok bein tired !
Here is couple pictures

So If your car blowing oil check the PCV System

to clarify...your symptom is the engine is overheating, the coolant level is low, no heat in the car.

all of those symptoms can be from a loss of coolant. the coolant can only leak externally or go into the combustion chamber. you must determine which is the case.

internal leak
-bad headgaskets will blow white smoke out the exhaust. the exhaust may have a coolant like smell.
you can test the head gaskets by doing a compression check. 2ndly, You can test the coolant for presence of exhaust gases.

external leak.
have the system pressure tested with a cooling system pressure tester. look for leaks when pressurized and pressure drop on the tool gauge

The problem is your cooling fan, there is a resistor on the top right corner of your cooling fan, it has 3 stages, if the first stage of the resistor is broken the engine will have partial over heating, I mean partial because the temperature level on your dash will remain normal and the coolant level will be reducing every day with boiling sounds after the engine is short off..
There are two ways to diagnose the problem, 1st is either with multimeter!! take the cooling fan assembly apart and test the resistor, or you use OBD to run a function test on the cool fan, test all the stages from 1, 2 and 3 then you will be able to determine which one of them failed.. you can change the complete fan assembly or buy the resistor separately.

yes, if the overheat occurs at idle. with the car moving over 30mph fan operation is irrelevant.
