2015 Chevy Cruze has not been starting Problems now the Mylink display is "Locked"

 

I have had this happen a couple of times when I was traveling and left my car at the airport for a week without putting it into transport mode(mode to deactivate the electronics which will drain the battery while the car is parked)

What I did to fix the problem after jump starting my car and driving home(60 minute drive), I turned off the car - pulled the negative ground off the battery - turned the key switch to aux mode - waited 5 minutes - with the key still on aux mode reattached the battery.

that's it the radio reset itself.
