2017 Cruze
since my 2001 Saturn sc2 is 17 years old, I was thinking about a new car purchase. I was thinking cruze. they seem to be ok priced in my range. can anybody here tell me about these cars? problems? are they reliable? do they fall apart easy like rust? I seen a new one advertised by me for around 16.000 which seems ok & the car was pretty equipped. just would like to hear from people who drive these cars & owned them for a while.......
my Saturn is in great shape, but it's 17 years old & won't last forever. that's the last time I bought a car.....

I'd try something else...civic are pretty reliable.
check out the car review guides and do not buy a 1st year redesigned model. get something that has been on the market for 3 years and all the bugs are worked out.
some people don't like them but the chrysler 200 with the 3.6 engine is pretty cool. i would not get it with any other engine option. 3.6 is a fantastic engine. FCA will stop making them at the end of the year due to slow sales.

ya I kind of figured as much. you get what ya pay for. $16.000 isn't going to buy ya much these days. I like some of those Hondas, but I really don't want to buy a foreign car. chevy doesn't really make a small 2 door car anymore. that's too bad because that's the kind of car I like.... I was looking at some hondas on a nearby lot & I really like some of those 2 door models.
