Default Absolute Throttle Position

My OBD software shows it starts at 33% (idle) and is at 88% (WOT). Is this correct or is there a problem. Measured KOEO. The car starts OK once or twice and is then a pain. If you try to press the accelerator it will rev up briefly then die and refuse to start.

88% for wot sounds about right. not sure about the 33% at idle but it may be correct also.

Thanks. Not sure if my scan software is correct or not. Fuel pressure is being interpreted as 6000kPA while running or 870lbs converted. Maybe absolute throttle position is off too. Engine RPMs are consistent. hmmm?
