Default blind spot/park assist modules

I have a 2013 Chev Cruze Eco with 58000 miles on it and the blind spot modules just went out, the dealer is quoting me $625 ea to have replaced and they are not sure if the park assist one is bad... anyone else had a problem with these?

have seen both blind spot monitor modules on a 2012 chrysler 300 fail due to corrosion...and they are $1700 each. if it was me, I would not fixing it...it would stay broke. see what they will charge you to reprogram the system to remove the option.

tried that, had them disconnect the module that was bad, i was told we should be fine, would just not have blind spot detection.
but of course, the car is back at the dealership, and we are being told, the other module is also bad.
and they haven't even looked at the park assist, because they "need" to fix the blind spot ones to be able to check that.

i would have guessed the park assist and blind spot monitoring are two separate systems...they are on the 300. chevy must do it different.
