My wife and I are considering buying a 2012 Cruze LS with the 1.8L engine and six speed manual transmission. Other than the current recall, are there any common issues with this model? Glancing at the previous posts it looks like most problems are related to 2011's with automatic transmissions. Is this correct? Thank you for any information that you can provide.

 

I have a 2011 Cruze LT2 RS. No problems with it at all. The shift is a little jerky at times. Runs great and is a great little car so far.

 

My wife and I picked up the car last Saturday. We've put over 400 miles on it since, and so far everything is great!
