Hi, I just bought a used 2012 Cruze for my 16-year old son a little over a month ago, and he has been using the hands-free calling feature without issue until this weekend, when he was told after trying to place a call that he was "out of minutes." Can someone explain to me why he's no longer able to make calls and why this message would come up?

He's out of minutes. Either increase his calling plan, or tell him he has a limit on calling time
