My chevy cruze is not moving past 40-60 MPH, at first I was told it was the fuel pump, then I changed the fuel pump but still giving the same issues.
I have just been told that it is lost communication. has someone experienced this issue in the past and what was the solution?

Could be the throttle body too? I know that would restrict the engine to only go a certain speed or RPM. Basically how much air gets into the engine is what the throttle body is. Is the engine running rough? Any messages such as "Engine power reduced"?
