New to the Cruze, 2017 LT HB
So I was in need of newer wheels, local dealer here had this 2017 on for a decent price, has 99,000km's on it and prior owner bought the GMPP warranty and it expires at 100,000kms.
It runs and drives nice, got 5l/100kms (47mpg) on the highway trip back to my home after picking it up, so that seems like a good sign the drive train is in good shape. Vehicle appears to have been well taken care of. Little rough on bumps but it is a smaller vehicle then i have been driving.
Would it be a good idea to take it in to a dealer for a good look over while it is still under warranty?
I changed the spark plugs/air filter/cabin air filter/oil and filter already, easy vehicle to work on which is nice. I realized after that there was a change to the oil filter bypass specs at some point, I used a M1-113 which is not "correct" anymore, so I will likely do a short interval and change it again to something with correct bypass spec which doesn't leave much to choose from. Shouldn't cause any problems with it on there for a few trips?
Would it be a good idea to get the transmission fluid changed out at the dealer when I bring it in?
