Problem : code p0700 TCM CRUZE 2010

hi,
I have a problem in my car Chevrolet Cruze 2010 Gearbox does not change the speed .I have changed the tcm and I still have the same problem I want the solution.

i don't know what i do can you help me please

Do you mean it does not switch gears? Are you pulling any codes? Any symptoms prior too this? What made you sespect the TCM? Reverse works?

i dont think tom cruze had any problems in 2010

Tom Cruise's problems were in 2012.

The p0700 is an informational trouble code. You must retrieve the other trouble codes that have set and diagnose those.

Post those codes and your engine model. if no other codes are present, its your scan tool...probably to old for a global A platform.

Who replaced the tcm, a dealership or you?
