Won't start, is it won't crank? Do you have gas in the tank? When was the last time it ran, and did it have issues? Is there a security light, or a check engine light when it last ran? The more detail you can give will help resolve your problem faster, or at least help to fix it.

This sounds like a battery problem. You replaced the battery but did you check the battery cables for corrosion and looseness at both ends? It could also be a bad starter.

It ran a few months ago, that gets scary.
You can;t imagine what happens to electrical/electronic components when left outside in all kinds of weather. They might have been under cover , but moisture/humidity and rodents still get in there. Hope you get some idea of what could be involved. Was the vehicle inside the garage while it was not used?
